Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026. By using Cuki Sorteos you accept these terms.

1. The service

Cuki Sorteos is a platform for transparent and verifiable digital draws. Each result is deterministic: anyone can reproduce it offline with the public seed and validate that there was no manipulation.

The service is available as a free account and as paid access: Pro Draw per event or prepaid Premium access for 30 days / 1 year.

2. Eligibility

You may use Cuki Sorteos if you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your country of residence, and if you have legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Charges and payments

Payments are processed through Mercado Pago in Argentina (in Argentine pesos, ARS) and through PayPal everywhere else (in US dollars, USD, with a PayPal account or a card). The payment method and currency depend on the country you connect from. Current prices are shown on the plans page.

Access types

Pro Draw (pay per event): one charge that enables Pro features for 30 minutes. The access is consumed when the first draw is saved within that window.

Premium (prepaid period): one charge that enables all Pro features for unlimited draws during the purchased period. It is not an automatic recurring charge.

4. Refund policy

If the payment was approved but the service did not work correctly due to a technical error attributable to Cuki Sorteos, you may request a refund within 48 hours.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or once access has been consumed, for example after saving a draw to history.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

  • Simulate draws with predetermined results.
  • Publish false results or mislead participants.
  • Perform mass scraping, attacks or service saturation.
  • Use assisted import on content you do not have the right to use in your draw.
  • Carry out any illegal activity under Argentine law.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these conditions, without refund.

6. Service availability

Cuki Sorteos is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned interruptions will be communicated with reasonable notice when possible.

7. Intellectual property

The code, brand and design of Cuki Sorteos belong to their authors. The draws and proof files you generate are yours. The public draw engine is documented on the transparency page.

8. Limitation of liability

Cuki Sorteos is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants. The service provides the random selection mechanism; the legality of the draw and delivery of prizes are the organizer's responsibility.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute will be resolved before the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
