Do I need to give my Instagram password?
No. Cuki never asks for access to your account: you only use the public post link. The capture runs on Cuki's infrastructure and your session is never involved.
How many comments can it fetch?
Up to 2,000 comments per draw, captured in order (not a ranked sample). Before importing you see the count Instagram reports so you can compare; if your post exceeds that limit, write to hola@cuki-sorteos.com.
Does the post have to be public?
Yes. On private accounts or posts Instagram doesn't expose the comments, so there's no legitimate way to capture them.
How do I prove the draw was fair?
Every draw generates a public seed and a proof. Anyone can recompute the result with that data and confirm nothing was changed after the draw.
Is it free?
Drawing from your own list is free, no sign-up needed. Automatic comment import is available with Pro Draw (one payment for that draw) or with Premium.
Does it work with TikTok or other networks?
Automatic import is Instagram-only for now. For other networks you can paste the participant list or upload a CSV/XLSX, and the draw is just as verifiable.
