Instagram data deletion

If you connected your Instagram account to Cuki Sorteos, this page explains how to request deletion of all associated data.

1. Instagram data we store

The official Instagram API integration is currently in development. When it is active and you connect your account, we will store:

  • Your Instagram user ID.
  • Your username (@).
  • Your profile photo (public URL).
  • A temporary access token used only to read comments from your own posts when you start an import.

We do not store your comments, posts, private messages or any other Instagram account data.

2. How to delete your data

Option A - By email

Email soporte@cuki-sorteos.com with the subject Instagram data deletion and include your Cuki Sorteos account email. We process requests within a maximum of 30 calendar days.

Option B - From Meta / Instagram

If you authorized the app from Instagram, you can revoke access from Privacy and security, Apps and websites. Meta sends us a deletion notification and we remove associated data within 24 hours.
